Karonga police on Friday, 27 March 2020, arrested two criminals identified as Brown Sinyinga aged 25 from Ipeza village, T/A kameme in Chitipa and Samson Chirwa aged 33 from Mundiyeye village, T/A Fukamapiri in Nkhatabay .
