A Lilongwe based spoken word artist, Gracious Lungu is set to drop his newest audio spoken word poem titled I will be there January 22, 2021.
In an interview with VOMI NEWS, Lungu said the poem was produced by Mego Production.
He said he has decided to release the poem as a way of inspiring people of all ages to be centred in their relationship with love promises.

“It’s one of the poems that’s has been centered on love promises. The persona is making promises to the person he or she loves that when ever this partner will be in need of him he will be there as a partner to support and grow with together,” said Lungu who goes by the same name on stage.
According to Lungu, he ventured into the art of spoken word back in secondary at Palm Private Secondary School in Chitipa in 2014.
“My passion for the art has since doubled over the years. I could write more during my secondary school days till today. Since then I could compose and it came into my mind that am good to go with spoken word poetry,” he said.
In near future, Lungu plans of release more soothing, romantic and up lifting poetry that will speak to people’s hearts and help them build their lives spiritually as well physically.
